Remembering and Crafting.

Today Jude and I took a minute of silence from our crafting to remember those that gave the ultimate sacrifice so we could glue poms poms in peace. Jude named our creation, Gramma Annie because of the glasses (but sorry about the pig nose Gramma). The Gramma Annie doll crashed cars, was a bridge, and helped Jude eat most of a whole bag of chips. I'd say it was a pretty good day!

I can't imagine being any mother that had to send her son to war, I believe that they gave the ultimate sacrifice as well. Jude's more of a crafter than a fighter :) Happy Remembrance Day everyone, it's a day I'm going to remember for a while.
