Pumpkins, Corn, Lego, Cookies = Taber

Jude and I went in search of the perfect pumpkins for Halloween. Turns out we were about a week late, and we only had the left-overs to pick from, but we still made it fun. (Jude's fingers got a little cold holding his "baby" pumpkin, as not only were we a week late, but there was a big frost overnight making the pumpkins a bit like popsicles!)

Jude blends in with all the pumpkins in his orange jacket.

After picking our pumpkins we went to a corn maze. One should think Taber would have a good corn maze. As you can see there were a few scarecrows in the maze :)

We also got to go way up and see the maze from up above. I wasn't sure if Jude was going to like this part, but he did!

 Hi Gramma!

 Then Jude fed the pony.

And we finished it off with a ride on the pedal bikes.

After all that pumpkin and corn stuff, it was time to make some pumpkin pie with Gramma.

Well actually it was pie dough shaped like a pumpkin.
Jude really gets into his pie making, look at that nose.

Then there were the Halloween cookies, chocolate sugar cookies...YUM!

Gramma's kitchen is always filled with delicious smells from the oven. Check out the fresh bread in the background :)

Jude kept Papa busy building Lego all weekend. Jude called this his "Lego Pizza", so here he is giving it a taste.

Jude also kept Papa busy watching him race around on his trike. This time he managed to even run the battery out.

Yup, it was so much fun!
