Jude and I haven't been up to much in the New Year. Just getting back into the routine of work and school. Oh and of course, playing with all the new toys!
Jude got a Hot Wheels game for his SmartCycle, so that keeps him pedaling in the basement while crashing and jumping cars, or driving through the lava realm. (I can't believe I know so much about Hot Wheels realms!) School is teaching him a lot about letters and reading his name, so he reads his name everywhere. If I'm writing something and he notices his name he says, "what you say about me mommy?" For all the good things school does for him, it also gives him lots of germs...he has a cold again! I think we have been about 3 days without a cold since he started.
Today is Christmas Tree pick-up and as I see them all lined-up in the alley it truly feels like the holidays must be over.
Now it's time to get back to work and buy more kleenex.
