From the moment we got into the car to go to Gramma Annie and Papa Martin's Jude repeatedly asked, "Mommy, are we there yet?" Gramma and Papa's is a lot like Disneyland for Jude.
There are rides...
There are bumper cars...
There are water adventures...
(The photographer got a little wet taking this action shot :)
And some great food, although you wouldn't know it from this face. Jude has started to tire of the endless paparazzi following him everywhere, as you'll notice in the next few shots.
The weekend started out kind of cold, but soon it was warm enough for lots of water fights and outdoor adventures. I have the sunburn to prove it. Jude heard Gramma call me a lobster, and now he keeps asking me when I'm going to turn into a lobster. Aparently just being red is not enough of a transformation for Jude. I'll keep you posted if any antennae or claws appear.
These two are trouble when they're together.
Here's Jude with the new flag that we got Papa for Father's Day.
Scrabble is always on the agenda when we visit Gramma and Papa. Here's proof that we both spelled 7 letter words the first 2 words of the game!
The only difference might be that Disneyland doesn't have a compost pile as an attraction...yet! Thanks for another magical weekend Gramma and Papa.
