Gramma Annie bought Jude his very own rolling pin. Sometimes it becomes more of a weapon than a device to make pastry, not unlike so many things around the house.

As you can see there are times when it is used for good and not evil. And since it has been noted that Jude's adoring fans have had to wait a while for a new blog entry I decided to treat you all to a video. Jude picked the music himself, turn up the speakers!

I take photos of the one above to remind myself why I'm tired at the end of the day (like I need reminding).
I hope you will all enjoy playing the video over and over because on Thursday I will have surgery to correct a deviated septum and to cauterize the inside of my nose, and will probably not be blogging for a while.
Jude sends pie dough kisses and hugs. (He ate a LOT of pie dough.)

who knew making pie could be so interesting and fun.... you're a lucky boy Jude to have your own rolling pin and a mom with the patience to let you use it.... keep on practicing. Pie dough kisses back.
Good luck with the surgery Carolyn.

well you follow in your grandma's footsteps, my mother used to tell me that I rolled dough in the shape of the Communist Star!! Keep practising Jude, practise makes perfect....even Grandma has gotten better....oxxoGrandma
I showed the kids the video and Gavin just laughed and Bronwyn danced to the music. Jude was a hit!
