We travelled to Lethbridge this weekend to see family and watch our nephew John play hockey. He's the goalie. (Sorry the picture is so crappy, but the protective glass was all scratched.) We are so proud of him, he won player of the game in a tournament game and his team came in third place!
Here's some of the Johnny Fan Club. All of Jason's sisters, their families, Papa John and Gramma Julia were there. It's been a long time since we've all been in one place at the same time, so it was a lot of fun. We also celebrated Papa John's birthday while we were there.
Here's Auntie Carla keeping Jude warm. Jude spent most of his time at the arena pushing buttons on the candy machines. His cousins were so kind to continually lift him up to push those buttons, and to watch out for him. They also "kindly" taught him how to jump on the bed. He's been practicing ever since. It makes me think how great it would be to have all of our families live closer. I miss them all so much, and I know Jude LOVES the attention.
Let's pick a warm country to all move to. Today it was -50 with the windchill! I pick Hawaii, any takers?

I'll take Hawaii also....when would we be leaving?
Soooo what's wrong with jumping on the bed????? just preparing him for a trampoline.
A little boy as cute as Jude should be able to get away with anything!!!! (you can tell I've already gone through all this so now it's great to sit back and watch others)
Keep warm amd keep on practicing.
I'm packed -lets go! I hear Dad's paying!
The weather in Saskatoon is brutle! Here's hoping it warms up very soon!
Miss you all,
Angie
