Ouch.

Here's Jude sporting his first band-aid. Remember when Jude was "petting" the cold air return in our living room and then painting the carpet about 5 months ago? It seems he forgot how sharp it was and decided to run his little fingers across it again. Out came the spiderman band-aids to the rescue. Honestly, the band-aid lasted 5 minutes, as Jude kept sucking on it and thus his finger kept bleeding....sheesh.

And here are my boys after dinner tonight. Jason bought Jude "washable" markers, and therefore is confident that this is going to wash off in the bath. They were having lots of fun, so I guess that's all that matters...but I still hope it comes off.

Another week is winding down here at the Lemoines. The trees are losing more and more leaves, the furnace is running more often, and I've had to put my flip flops into the closet. This weekend we'll be winterizing the decks and figuring out how to get rid of a big pot of turkey oil from Thanksgiving.

Hope this finds you with all your fingers in tact and possibly having a little fun with washable markers.
