Actually, the reason why what happened at Gramma's stays at Gramma's is because we were already on Glenmore Trail on our way to Gramma and Papa's when I realized I had forgotten the camera. Yikes, how could I forget the camera, especially when there were so many great photo opportunities this weekend. So I will attempt to paint the pictures for you (with a little help from google images).
Jude was a very lucky boy this weekend. His cousins adored him, literally. At one point the superstore bin that his toys were in became a throne in which they put pillows and toys and carried him around. They even put jewels around his neck and fanned him to keep him cool. It was about the sweetest thing I have ever seen. The picture below is the closest I could come to showing you Jude and his entourage...there are some discrepancies, like all his cousins happen to be white kids, the throne was green not red, but the rest comes close.

I warned the nanny that when Jude gets inside the Superstore bin he expects to be carried around with toys and pillows, and NOT to oblige him. Jude is becoming accustomed to lots of attention after all his cousins this summer. If only they all lived in Calgary!
Gramma Annie and Papa Martin had lots of fun with him too, especially since he was up at 5:30 a.m. Good thing they are early birds. He showed Papa how he could press the button on the big TV, which Gramma quickly installed tape over. He showed Gramma just how many things he could pull out of her cupboards and off her tables. (Maybe the kids had him in the superstore bin just to keep him out of trouble, I never thought of that.)
We had a great time as always. Gramma filled us up with perogies and Taber corn, and Papa sent us home with all the goodies from the garden, carrots, potatos, peppers and tomatoes. Imagine that!

Next time I promise not to forget my camera.
