Ever since the day I found out on the ultrasound that my baby was going to be a boy I've been preparing myself for days like this. Days when my son will eat dirt, bark, bugs, dog food (which by the way I just found out contains milk ingredients!) and other such wonders that will have me going, "Yuck". I feel that I must let him explore this wonderful world, and part of that means tasting it too. If the kid can't have cheese at least I'll let him munch on a bit of dirty bark for a while.
I was amazed at how tasty he made it look, maybe it is good. Maybe it's tastier when you dip the bark in the dirt before eating?
Judy, do you still want to kiss those lips? Here's hoping you all found a better snack today.

YES, I would kiss those lips anytime....however the dirt on the teeth is a little disturbing!!! I had one little dirt crumb on a new carrot this year and nearly went nuts..it's the gritty grinding !!!!Yeesh!!
Any ideas how many calories in dirt?... could be a possible alternative to chocolate...
thanks for the chuckles you provide.... keep on smiling cutie Jude..
