Last night after our yummy dinner of ribs and mashed potatoes I decided to let Jude try a little of the mashed potatoes. And it was a little bit, only about a quarter of his baby spoon. He slurped it up, and only minutes later Jason said, "Look Jude has red spots all around his mouth."
YIKES! It took about 15 minutes for the spots to disappear, he didn't have any problems breathing and didn't seem upset at all. But we are definitely going to ask the doctor about this one, and until we find out more it's only pastey rice cereal for our little guy. Sorry grandma, no mashed potatoes and gravy this Christmas.
