Welcome 2012!

Jude and I are back from the gulley, just in time to welcome in 2012.

We may have had a "little" bit of wind while we were there, but the weather was nice and warm and the company even better!

Ok, so it doesn't look warm, but it was! 

(Jude headed into the house to play with Gramma.)

Here are a few of the many highlights our trip.

Santa brings the Millenium Falcon!!!!!

Jude rustles up some help, while he references his Star Wars Lego minifigures book to find names for Auntie Shari and Uncle Simon's baby. He settled on Rotta The Hutt. I'm pretty sure that won't even make it to the short list.

They are on the home stretch now...only about 5 hours later.

Finished product. They did a great job. 

The ship has sustained some minor damage since it's return to Calgary :)

 We headed to Lethbridge, one afternoon, to watch the Muppet Movie, and play a few arcade games. Here's Jude racing Uncle Simon.

What a great way to end 2011. Jude and I are looking forward to 2012 and all the new adventures it will bring. We are especially looking forward to Baby Bakker arriving in June.
