Switch Witch

Have you heard of the Switch Witch? She comes every year to exchange all your candy for toys! That's right, you go out halloweening and collect as much candy as possible, and then pick out a few favourites to snack on that night, and then the rest goes in a bag by the front door for the Switch Witch to take and replace with a toy!

It was a little chilly last night, so Luigi had an added hoodie to his costume 

as well as his winter coat over top.

The moustache also kept him warm :) 

He lasted longer than any other previous year, but that just meant we hit about 15 houses and were done in less than an hour. We let dad pick out the big candy bars and anything Reese's pieces and then we were off to wait for the Switch Witch.

She brought Jude a Star Wars lightsaber with changeable crystals! Here's the red one.

Blue one.

Green one...and I think Jude might need to go pee.

Purple.

She also brought a book and an R2D2 figurine. I guess she might have heard how much Jude likes Star Wars. He was pretty happy with the Switch Witch, and I think she'll be returning next year :)

Hope you all had a great Halloween. Now I'm looking for someone who wants a bunch of candy. They should make some sort of candy-drop off beside the pumpkin recycling.
