Jude woke up on Friday morning not feeling very well.
It became an official sick day after he threw up.
I took this photo because this is a lot different than how I spent my sick days as a kid. If you were too sick to go to school, then you were too sick to watch tv and you had to stay in your bed all day!
He spent the day surfing the web for Lego stuff. Then we played a little Lego...
Harry Potter as Luke Skywalker fighting the clones....or whoever Luke fights, I have no idea.
Then we found some free paper crafts to make off the internet. I had suggested to Jude that perhaps these were a little difficult for a 5 year-old...but he pursued them anyway.
He nailed it!
Only needed a little bit of tape :)
Thankfully he's feeling much better today, and so we headed out for a little McDonald's to celebrate. He must have been feeling better as he ate all his chicken nuggets, fries, and a hamburger!
And now he's building his Lego on my table.
Everything is pretty much back to normal.

Love how kids just bounce back...Bailey would be so jealous of all the McDonald's food. Hope that's it for sick days for a long while:)
